Our treehouse-themed indoor playground brings the outdoors indoors, the immersive playscape is designed for little adventurers.
During the week (outwith school holidays), we operate 2 three hour play sessions which start at 9.30am or 1pm each day. This means you can arrive at anytime within these windows and play until the end of the session.
At weekends and throughout school holidays, we operate four 90 minute play sessions each day which start at 9.30am, 11.15am, 1pm or 2.45pm.
We ask you to select a time when purchasing tickets so we can monitor capacity of the play area.
2025 Santa's Grotto
Step into the magical world of Santa's Grotto at Active Kids where families can enjoy a heartwarming meet-and-greet with Santa Claus and his cheerful elves.Each family will have their own time slot to meet Santa, take a photo and children will receive a special gift.
Each Santa's Grotto session lasts 10 minutes and we welcome one family at a time. We ask that there is a maximum of 4 adults per family party.
Toys gifted by Santa are age appropriate, based on the age provided during the booking process.

Winter Outdoor Adventure Play Day Ticket (Dec 2025 & Jan 2026)
Open 9.30am - 4pm
Over the winter months we open our Outdoor Adventure Park if weather allows between 9.30am - 4pm. Please note we will be closing at 1.30pm on 23rd December.
11 acres of countryside with loads for kids to enjoy, from giant bouncing jelly belly pillows to soaring zip lines and pirate ships to captain. There’s also our gorgeous friendly farm animals to visit including our resident donkeys, Jack and Lulu, alpacas, cows, rabbits, pigs and many more as well as a dedicated under 7's play area eqipped with sensory play area, early years adventure trail and tower, swings and a giant trampoline.
You can purchase tickets at Active Kids on the day of your visit if you prefer.

Our Outdoor Adventure Park is recommended for children of all ages and we ask that all children are accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).
Children should dress appropriately for the weather. We have picnic facilities available throughout the park; however, due to health and safety we ask that you don’t bring barbecues. Assistance dogs are welcomed but please do not bring your family pet.
2026 Gift Vouchers

Children under 2 and adults over 60 can attend free of charge and it’s easy to add them to your booking when your voucher is redeemed.

A 2026 Outdoor Adventure Play Season Pass includes unlimited visits to our outdoor adventure park throughout the year. (weather permitting)

You can collect your Season Pass on your first visit to Active Kids Adventure Park and we then ask that you present this pass each time you visit us.
Season passes are non returnable and cannot be transferred for a cash value or other services.

Have you booked the right date?
Please check your booking dates before you arrive. If you arrive on the wrong date, we may not be able to allow you to enter as we have strict capacity limits.
If your booking is for more than 48 hours in advance you can request a transfer to a different date using our transfer request form. Tickets are not refundable.
